Description
Lead the growth, profitability, and strategic direction of a portfolio of brands across Ecommerce and Quick-Commerce platforms. Own business performance, stakeholder relationships, commercial planning, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end P&L and business performance.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 8–10 brands.
- Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with marketplaces.
- Drive Ecommerce and Quick-Commerce growth strategies.
- Forecast sales, revenue, and profitability.
- Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and business reviews.
- Drive strategic initiatives and market expansion.
